Paint process

HIGH QUALITY EVEN ON THE SURFACE

The Etermet painting process, with thermosetting powder, is a automated, certified continuous cycle system.
It involves degreasing in three phases with oven drying, automated painting and polymerization of the powders in a continuous oven at 200°.

PRETREATMENT

To obtain an excellent powder coating result, it is necessary that all the elements to be painted are perfectly clean and degreased. A complete and automated cycle washes, degreases and dries the entire chain of elements to obtain an ideal surface for adhesion of the thermosetting powder coating that will be applied subsequently.

APPLICATION

To carry out powder coating it is necessary to create an electrically conductive substrate. For this reason, during coating, the elements to be painted are electrically earthed and the powder is loaded and subsequently applied via an automatic nozzle system and, when necessary, manually with dedicated guns depending on the case.

POLYMERIZATION

The powder deposited on the metal element during application is dissolved in a continuous oven at 200°C, giving the pieces all the required mechanical and aesthetic characteristics.
