NEW 6STRONG MULTILEVEL SHELVING CONSTRUCTION FOR AN IMPORTANT COMPANY IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR
Etermet has created a new project in Turin for an important company in the sector automotive. The Client, one of the main dealers in the country, needed to reorganize the warehouse space. The main objective was to maximize the use of the available area, preparing storage areas for different tasks and loads, as well as maintaining a high level of safety and accessibility to the goods.
We at Etermet have responded to these needs by designing and creating a custom-made multi-level metal shelving system, compliant with the most stringent regulations regarding earthquake resistance (NTC 2018 and new Guidelines / CSLLPP June 2023) and capable of accommodating light and medium-heavy loads, thanks to the compatibility of the shelving 6Strong with the double current system (50 mm pitch) and shelf (25 mm pitch).
This solution allowed the Customer to make the most of the warehouse height, improve the management of logistics flows and reduce material picking times.

The advantages obtained:
- Optimizing available space: Multi-level shelving, taking advantage of the useful height of the warehouse, has allowed to significantly increase the storage capacity.
- Flexibility: Thanks to the combined use of shelves and beams with shelves, it was possible to configure the load levels for different storage needs.
- Accessibility: Thanks to the intelligent arrangement of aisles and walkways, staff can quickly access all products.
- Safety: The anti-seismic design of the mezzanine guarantees the safety of operators and goods in the event of an earthquake.
